Collage Mock up front cover

I have choosen to do my collage front cover like this as my target audience will be the kids of the school, this is because the news is affecting them as its about them. The layout isnt a contempory design for a magazine as you have the titles going over the pictures and the pictures are slanted angle, which is more of a modern contempory style to keep up to date with the modern style of the school. The masthead of D.H.S is a good idea as its shortend the name of the school yet still keeps the recognistion of the name Deyes High School. The house style is the current school colours which keeps true to the school tradition. The front cover appeals to the parents as it is a modern contempory design, also it keeps the main srorys on the front cover this wants the parents to read the news storys.
